Agavamericana is my first up close study of the agave plants that are so prevalent in the Sonoran Desert.

Since moving to the Sonoran Desert, I have been overwhelmed by the blue skies, the green agaves, the blue agaves, the terra cotta lands, and the oranges of the sunsets. I am enjoying the challenge of expressing my affection for them with my new palette!
